Terms & Conditions

  1. Rental Hire – All items must be returned by the customer in the same condition as provided by our team. Loss of items and/or damagesto hired items will incur a full replacement fee.
  2. Installations – If installation of flowers or props on any surface is required, it is the customer’s responsibility to install the required attachments to these points. We will not install or remove any attachment points (hooks, nails, sticky tape, etc.) and willnot accept responsibility should any damage occur.
  3. Payment – A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking at the time of invoice issue, and the remaining 70% balance must be paid in full at least 5 days before your
